My Favourite Summer Sandal

Strappy, kitten- heeled sandals are undoubtedly the #1 shoe trend of Summer 2019 and I’M OBSESSEDDDDD. I simply cannot get enough of this sandal, so much so that every time I see a new pair on Instagram I immediately want another pair. The strappy-kitten heal sandal is feminine, chic, classy, wearable and goes with most outfits cue *add to cart*. 

 Strappy sandals scream THE 90’s. I’m sure if you ask your mother if she had a pair she would probably say “yes” and with a square toe, I mean soooo 90’s!!! This season there were countless options to choose from. Various silhouettes, wide range of colours and price points. Retailers like Zara (obviously! The European retail destination that defines trendy at an affordable price), H&M , Revolve (my personal favourite) Shopbop, Urban Outfitters, and SAKS (just to name a few) all offered a wide range of these sandals. 

 Over the past few weeks I have paired these sandals with almost every good outfit I have in my closet, day dresses, pleated skirts and the list goes on. But, my favourite way to style this sandal has been with my wide-leg denim. I have been wearing my high-waisted wide-leg denim on repeat all summer long and I just love the way this sandal looks when paired with them day or night! Not to mention, they are super comfortable! I am definitely bringing these sandals with me to Italy, and I will show you more ways on how you can style them.
